But I would venture that we teach TM to hundreds of folk who have done other techniques. And they all say the same thing: “Oh! This is so easy – and sooo deep!”

This is not to say TM is “the best” meditation. But a long term and informed review of the existing evidence suggests that Transcendental Meditation  does indeed deliver the broadest range of benefits. And its easy to learn and enjoyable to practice.
